Effective August 4, 2026. Said & Done is a productivity app for organizing ordinary conversations. It is not a healthcare, therapy, or clinical service.
Information the app handles
The app handles recordings you choose to make, generated transcripts, speaker labels, timestamps, summaries, decisions, and action items. It also creates a random anonymous account identifier so your server records remain separated from other users. The app does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, precise location, or payment information.
How processing works
Audio is first recorded on your device. When you ask the app to organize it, the recording is uploaded to private storage hosted by Supabase. A protected Supabase function sends the audio to OpenAI for transcription and uses OpenAI to organize the report. Supabase stores the resulting report so it can return to History.
How information is used
Conversation content is used only to provide the recording, transcription, organization, playback, history, and export features you request. This version does not show ads, track you across other companies' apps or websites, or sell personal data.
Storage and retention
Local recordings and report copies remain on your device until you remove the app or its data. Server copies remain available to support report recovery and History until they are deleted under our retention process or you request deletion. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days after we can verify the anonymous account involved.
Security and your responsibility
Data is encrypted in transit and protected with user-scoped access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for getting permission from everyone before recording and for following the recording laws where you live.
Your choices
You can stop a recording, choose not to process it, remove local app data, or ask us to delete server data associated with your anonymous account. For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, contact us using the address below.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication, private storage, database, and processing infrastructure. OpenAI provides transcription and report organization. These providers process information to deliver the requested app function under their applicable security and data-processing terms.
Children and policy changes
Said & Done is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy when the app changes. The effective date above will identify the current version.
